[Workshops] IRC workshop meetings

Hello everyone,

We're beginning our weekly IRC meetings for FOSS4G2011 workshops this 
week (channel #foss4g on freenode.net ...which you can connect with 
tools such as Chatzilla through Firefox, or directly in the browser with 
http://webchat.freenode.net/).  This week's meeting will be on Tuesday 
(http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?year=2011&month=01&day=18&hour=17&min=0&sec=0).

We know that former workshop committee members and former presenters 
have lots of experience, so we're hoping to get lots of feedback from 
everyone throughout this year's process.  So join our IRC sessions or
