[Workshops] FOSS4G11-WorkShop Documentation Layout

Hello  - It would be nice to have one or two "good examples" of WorkShop
Documentation where I could "copy" the layout. 
Is HTML or a worddocument the best solution? 

My "w16" workshop is about webcartography, which is quiet different from
workshops describing new OS SW or new versions of OS SW. 
This could spare me some hours work before Aug. 15 when the documentation
has to be uploaded.
