I'd like to nominate Paul Meems for OSGeo Charter Membership.
I know Paul as someone who has been very helpful in MapWindow onto the
OSGeoLive, and writing the OSGeoLive documentation for the project.
Further, as you can see from his OSGeo Advocate profile, he has been
actively advocating MapWindow and other Open Source GIS applications
at conferences, as well as translating documentation for many years
now.
As such, I think Paul would make an excellent addition to our Charter
Membership.
