[OSGeo-Edu] proposed meeting Apr 13, UTC 13 (was Re: [OSGeo-Edu] proposed meeting Apr 11)

For FOSS4G we use 11am eastern time (New York), which works for  
everybody from Europe (late afternoon),
east coast (close to noon) and west coast (morning), except for Japan  
(that would be 1AM)
We could move it up to 10am, which will be still good for Europe and  
East coast/Midwest but West coast will have to wake up early (7am)
and Japan will be midnight). Venka, if you are here - let us know  
what time would be still acceptable
