[fdo-internals] Making the cmake build usable with MapGuide

Yep, that works. 

Renaming the BinaryReader class to SdfBinaryReader in the SDF provider (and
renaming the BinaryWriter class to SdfBinaryWriter for good measure)
resolves this problem and produces a cmake build that can be linked with
MapGuide. 

I think this solution beats trying to figure out the magical combination of
compiler/linker flags that has been wonderfully obscured by the combination
of automake and libtool.
