 On my 64bit linux system with gcc 4.1.3 I am unable to build
 Fdo/Unmanaged/Src/Fdo/ClientServices/prefix.cpp due to an attempt to cast
 a pointer to an "unsigned int".   This 64bit pointer to 32bit integer cast
 causes an error with gcc.
