[OSGeo Finance] Reports approved

Well gang -- I think we've had plenty of time, so based on everyone's  
support -- I think we can safely say we finally got our job done. Phew!

Thanks again for everyone's input and effort on this "first crack" at  
financial review. I'm sure it will continue to improve under the  
capable hands of our new Treasurer. :)
