Dave / Ken,

I have updated the budget to the 90 cent rate which is, I think conservative.
I believe I read today that guideance from the TD Bank is that the CAD rate
is likely to fluctuate in the 80 to 85 cent range over the coming year though
of course there is little assurance of anything in the current environment.

OSGeo has some financial cushion, so barring very radical shifts I don't
foresee too much need for quarterly re-evaluation of the budget.  However,
a mid-year review might be prudent and not too much of a workload.
