[FOSS4G-Oceania] Formation OSGeo - ToR and Inaugral Board Nominations

Kerry,

I'm in favour of a continued positive relationship between OSGeo Oceania 
and SSSI. (I expect others on this list would agree). However I think 
that we should follow the OSGeo (and other Open Source foundation) and 
have people acting on the board in their own capacity and representing 
themselves, rather than representing the interests of an external 
organisation (SSSI in this case). There are other ways for setting up 
such a relationship.

Kerry, I suggest you consider whether you would like to join (and 
advise) on a personal level.
