[FOSS4G-Oceania] Community Day Media Plan - to go out 6th September?

Thanks David, I've gone in and made a few edits & comments.

Help from others would be very welcome here. The doc David has started is a
great place to familiarise yourself with the state of Community Day
planning, and to make your suggestions & contributions as it comes
together. The planning & execution can probably be roughly split into 3 or
so components (possibly other ways to look at it, this is just off the top
of my head):

   - communications & engagement - media, PR, website, etc
   - process - how we handle activity proposals & encourage participation
   - logistics - rooms, signage, catering, etc etc.

David, Andrew, Daniel, and I have already had a discussion about it, and
the work is underway - but I encourage anyone with an interest in making
this day a success to put their hand in. I think it'll be a lot of fun,
pretty casual, and a great way to engage the community.
