[FOSS4G-UK] Speaker diversity

Lancaster has 4M:2F (disclaimer: assumed gender by name, haven't checked
the user data...) for accepted talks. I've asked sponsors to fill two 15m
slots and it looks like 2M presenters for that, but one isn't confirmed and
I'll see what I can do re: bias.

registrations are looking a bit more balanced though, which bodes well for
the future. Quite like your idea of asking registrants to give a talk,
maybe just a lightning presentation...
