[FOSS4G-UK] update default img when linking to conference website

According to this metatag meta tester, it might look a bit nicer now, but
the title and description are fixed:

I think ideally one's content management system would have a field for
title and description and the build would pull these out into the meta
tags, but for what we're using that would probably mean everyone writing
some things into the markdown headers. I don't know if the social media
sites were extracting text from the page in absence of a description meta
tag...
