Tyler - Locate Press - is having trouble sending stuff to Kosovo for 
FOSS4G, is anyone willing to have books sent to them to take? Details 
below.

Hi Tyler,

I am also not going either, unfortunately. I will pass on your email to 
foss4g-uk at lists.osgeo.org to see if there are any volunteers to take 
from the UK. I'm assuming you can ship to here without any problems? 
It'd be worth confirming how many, and that they are gifts (we are 
outside the EU which makes life complicated for everyone!).

PS - Will email properly soon, but we are after sponsorship for 
FOSS4G:UK 2023 again if you are interested :-)
