I don't know if it is 'the same', but Sea to Sky,
the PCO for FOSS4G2007, uses "EventsPro"

For FOSS4G2007, there wasn't any "integration"
between the website that Paul created and the
Sea to Sky system, and we managed to have a
'moderately successful conference' ;-)
