Paul,

I wasn't referring to your efforts for 2007.

I'm looking at how we could possibly sell the concept for 2009, with the
'event' managed by OGC as an independent body.

I take your and Simon's point on relative priorities though.

Greg, what is your take on this from OGC? Do you think that a 'shootout'
type event overseen by OGC and run on a virtual server environment as
described in my earlier emails would get buy-in within industry, especially
if it was co-located at a FOSS4G conference?
