[Foss4g2009] More Website changes

Apologies

I will try and keep these updated together in future but here are the final
couple of changes if people wish to comment. As before these can be viewed
at:

Changes:

1. Added press releases to right hand panel
2. Updated the left hand panel to include a 'Sydney' link which has two sub
menu items Venue & General Information. I will include other items into this
category as we have them i.e. accomodation, travel etc
