[Foss4g2009] Videoing sessions at the conf

While I on the organising committee couldn't condone it, I wouldn't be 
surprised if some enterprising attendees decided to use their mobile 
phones to record sessions.
(I saw a good recording from Chris Schmidt of Schyler's speech from 2008.)

Also note, I think I misquoted the videoing costs below ($85K) which I 
believe is just for using the AV equipment (projectors, mics etc).
