[Foss4g2009] Errata - Presentation Bios

for future reference: How to fix any issues - the data comes from:
http://2009.foss4g.org/data/FOSS4G09_Presentations_Complete.csv
So fixing it in the spreadsheet and rebuilding the site will fix the html
Gottchas: make sure if we export the csv from excel or something then
make sure its UTF-8
