Clarificatio:The intention is not to balkanize but to see that
many deserving submissions are not rejected. 30 minutes can style have 
have 2 talks and 20 minutes (for academic track) can have three talks. 
No clash for one or two hour parallel tracks and more presenters and 
more registered participants.

Catogories for submission could be chosen by submitters themselves,
so no artificial categories ("it's academic") caregorization by the
conference organizers. Give fair choice to the submitters and try
to accomodate as many good presentations as possible.
