Hi Media Team,

Let's draft a press release for community voting.  I've started a
Press Release 6 - community voting in google docs.  Email me if you
don't already have access and want to help.

Once we finalize text, then we'll send out via the various channels.
There is a process list in the docs which lists the different
channels.

We can also try translations on this press release which is very exciting.
