Dear Peter,

Thanks for your useful information.

Can TIB Hannover store and service FOSS4G 2015(Seoul) videos as well? If then, what Seoul team should do?

FOSS4G Seoul team will start to upload FOSS4G Seoul videos to OSGeo Vimeo account from next Monday. So I just wonder. Surely keeping original videos is very important.

Best regards,

신상희

Because of this, TIB has launched an alternative video portal ("AV-Portal"), which meets the requirements for long term preservation & availability, and scientific citation of the video content.

Right now we have the opportunity to start a dialog about the video preservation with the TIB library during the conference preparation phase. This would allow to make the content available afterwards ASAP in the AV-Portal and to avoid loss of content as it happened for FOSS4G2014.
