[FOSS4G2016] Urgent decision about rooms in WCCB

Hi Steven, Volker

many thanks for your fast reply ;-)., Volker I know, that we had this 
discussion also when you've been here. We just thought about how to use 
that tunnel and the area behind when Marc and Gert-Jan were here.

In general I agree, that we should go to the more "safe" alternative 
and use the 3 session-rooms we have in a seperated room "Bangkok".

Steven FYI: We are planning to use the plenary chamber as one session 
room for all the time. It's so atmospheric ;-)
The chamber is seperated into the lower area with 730 seats and the 
tribune with another 490. Also if the lower area is not full, the 
atmosphere is great, because it's all like a circle. So and also when it 
was used as plenary chamber for german government, very often there only 
have been few representatives ;-)
