Hi Gert-Jan,

thanks for that. Indeed a thing that came out of my focus... I've added 
some minor things and also our distributor we use for FOSSGIS 
conference, which is a valuable list of mailing lists, magazines and so 
on.

We should think of putting some outcomes of our meeting here in Bonn in 
there.
