[FOSS4G2016] admission fee for presenters, workshoppers trainers etc.

2013 gave no discount to workshop presenters (which they didn’t like but they still presented) or to people presenting in the main conference.

We gave free passes to a small number of invited speakers and many of those were only for 1 day as they didn’t stay for the whole conference.

We had a student bursary scheme for about 8-10 students which was specifically funded by one of our sponsors

We had some volunteer passes - a free day pass if you worked half the day and attended sessions for half
