[fusion-users] PanQuery and pink backgrounds

Since Fusion uses OpenLayers, there is an option to retry:
OpenLayers.IMAGE_RELOAD_ATTEMPTS = 3;

How you set that in Fusion, I don't know.
OpenLayers 2.5 seems to have a bug in how it tries to reload, but 2.6 
should be good.
