oops! i just hit what might be a problem!

the aclocal.m4 patch appear to need autoconf 2.50+, but as far as i can say 
gdal is still using autocon 2.13, so there are various alternatives:
- gdal can switch to autoconf 2.50+ (Frank?)
- i can look for an erlier version of libtool (i have 1.5.0a)
- i can try to port the aclocal.m4 to the 2.13

the libtool merge is already on held :(
