[Gdal-dev] Mrs ID driver for VC7

Thanks for the response.  I finally figured out how to link to mrsid, and thanks to the code update provided by Bjoern everything built ok.  Now I am getting the error "not recognized as a supported file format".  So I need to know where to set that option.

	It is all the same for GDAL what compiler version will be used, bacause
	GDAL comes with full source code. It is completely defined by the DSDK
	binaries you have which you can't rebuild. The main problem is in API
	version. GDAL currently supports MrSID DSDK 3.1.x and 3.2.x. Newest
	version (4.0) are not supported yet due to completely different API.
