[Gdal-dev] gdal-1.3.1 on FreeBSD 4 fails to build

Hope this helps someone, as I have little FreeBSD, C, or C++ background.

It was run on hub.org using FreeBSD 4.11.

I used:
./configure --without-pcraster --with-local=/usr/local
gmake

http://www.warriner.us/gdal-1.3.1-without-pcraster.log

1) gmake warnings
2) results of ./configure --without-pcraster --with-local=/usr/local
3) results of gmake
