Hi,

I have problem with the GDAL/OGR python bindings (trunk and branches/1.6).

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./geocent2ll.py", line 14, in ?
    from osgeo import ogr
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/GDAL-1.6.0-py2.4-linux-i686.egg/osgeo/ogr.py",
line 108, in ?
    import osr
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/GDAL-1.6.0-py2.4-linux-i686.egg/osgeo/osr.py",
line 7, in ?
    import _osr
ImportError: /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/GDAL-1.6.0-py2.4-linux-i686.egg/osgeo/_osr.so:
undefined symbol: OSRSetGaussSchreiberTMercator

Using GDAL 1.5 I have problem with the TransformPoint() method.

  File "./geocent2ll.py", line 184, in ?
    sys.exit(main())
  File "./geocent2ll.py", line 181, in main
    Proj(idata).Convert(fs = None)
  File "./geocent2ll.py", line 147, in Convert
    trans.TransformPoint(xi, yi, zi)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/GDAL-1.5.3-py2.4-linux-i686.egg/osgeo/osr.py",
line 602, in TransformPoint
    return _osr.CoordinateTransformation_TransformPoint(*args)
NotImplementedError: Wrong number of arguments for overloaded function
'CoordinateTransformation_TransformPoint'.
  Possible C/C++ prototypes are:
    TransformPoint(double [3])
    TransformPoint(double [3],double,double,double)

Thanks in advance, Martin
