Thank you for these links, everything worked very well. It turns out all I
had to do for MrSID is reinstall gdal16-mrsid a few times, after that all
DLLs were found.
ECW also worked fine after downloading the SDK, as per instructions on
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/pkg-gdal-ecw.

Overall, it is impressive how well OSGeo4W manages to package all these
software pieces...
