[gdal-dev] compiling gdal with esri file gdb

Many thanks for your help and patience. Using ogr2ogr 2.2 with the
OpenFileGDB driver reads ESRI file GDBs that contain curves. When
converting to a shapefile curves are converted to a series of short
tangents. When converting to postgis the curves appear to be preserved as
curves. Very nice!
