Hi Terra,
as the error says, the ubuntugis ppa [1] does not have packages for 
Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy Jellyfish.
GDAL 3.4.3 is available in the ubuntugis-unstable repository for Jammy [2].
GDAL 3.4.1 is available in the ubuntu repository for Jammy [3].
