[gdal-dev] Virtual File Systems s3 not working

Hi,
When I use the following command, I get an error.

command:
ogrinfo --config AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID "XXX" --config AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
"XXX" --config AWS_S3_ENDPOINT XXX --config AWS_HTTPS NO --config
AWS_VIRTUAL_HOSTING FALSE /vsizip//viss3//oss20/test.shp.zip

error message:
ogrinfo failed - unable to open '/vsizip//viss3//oss20/test.shp.zip'

It runs fine locally, is there any way to troubleshoot the problem? Is it
related to the operating system? We are using a less common linux
distribution.
