[gdal-dev] why padfExtent/s in gdal_alg.h ?

This is not causing any problems afaict, but I happened to notice the
plural for 'padfExtents' in the gdal_alg.h signature for
GDALSuggestedWarpOutput2 compared to gdaltransformer.cpp
