[gdal-dev] SICD driver

Hi,


SICD is a specification over NITF for which there is a GDAL driver : 
https://gdal.org/drivers/raster/nitf.html


There have been tunings a couple years ago to deal with SICD apparently: 
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/4028
