[gdal-dev] FEATURE_SERVER_PAGING and GeoServices REST debugging

Hi,
I'm querying a very slow GeoService REST

ogrinfo -al -ro -so --config GDAL_HTTP_UNSAFESSL YES  "

 -oo FEATURE_SERVER_PAGING=YES --debug on

Despite the fact that I specified "FEATURE_SERVER_PAGING=YES", I always
have Feature Count: 1000.

But the count output is 29093

Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe the geoservice is malfunctioning.
