[Ica-osgeo-labs] OGC Schools at GitHub

Hello all:

I have already figured out with Luis how to translate the OGC materials in
Github to Portuguese, so I am searching for some volunteers in our
postgraduate course to join the task, but I am interested in developing new
material in English as well, so I can be part of the group!
