[Geo4All] Open Educational Resources on OSGeo / Open Science 101

small ps - probably you don't even need to ask OSGeo, just start
working in gitea.osgeo.org :) My main point is that it would be great
to collect effort on all these things, and help the community look
after maintenance / continuity.

If someone in the OSGeo community is asking 'where are the resources
for ...?', I think that is a place where OSGeo can step in and help to
provide something. Less to control it, more to help provide for
long-term useability.
