[geomoose-psc] OSGeo project officer

Eli (and others),

I thought that happened afterwards, not before.  I did see it on the list.  I remember some time back nominating myself for this, but if someone else wants to take it on, fine by me.  I'm officially throwing my name out there for consideration.

I'm a little unclear about what the duties entail as well.  Is it purely a liaison to OSGeo, or ??  I can't seem to find a list of these project officers anywhere (easily)
