Yes... you can do it using templates, so in your .html file for the identify results you can do something like...

<a href="[VIDEO_URL]">See Video</a>

or use the proper <object>/<embed> tag.

I have a shapefile that has an attribute for the location of
a video (mpeg).  Is there anyway to have Geomoose open that video file once its
highlighted?
