[Geomoose-users] Only the top layer shows up when I print to PDF.

TRANSPARENT was set to TRUE but IMAGETYPE was set to PNG24.  I set IMAGETYPE to PNG and it works correctly.

Is the layer set to transparent in the mapfile?

When I print the map to PDF I only get the top layer in the output.  I don’t have opacity set for any layer.  What am I doing wrong?
