Just wanted to elaborate on my download errors:

Using WinRar

Errors:
!..\geomoose-2.0.tar.gz: Unexpected end of archive
!  ..\geomoose-2.0.tar.gz: The archive is corrupt
!   ..\geomoose-2.0.tar.gz:
CRC failed in C:\imports\Clearinghouse\coweta\newnan\geomoose-2.0.tar.gz.
The file is corrupt
