[Geomoose-users] GM feature report

Matt,

I also had this issue with the feature reports. There are a couple short
term solutions that would be possible.

1) Limit the number of characters on your shapefile field length to force the
legal to fit in place. For example you could have one of the lines set to
[legal1] the second to [legal 2] etc....

2) Make the field that could potentially be long show up on the left side of
the feature report, then remove any field on the right side of the map. See
http://geomoose.lyonco.org/geomoose/php/LyonMain_print_report.php?layers=Parc
els,Roads,Railroads,Municipalities,Standard%20Background&title=Lyon%20County%
20Parcel%20Report&qitem=PARCEL_ID&qstring=09-012002-0&qlayer=Parcels&buffer=2
00 for an example.

I apologize if you have seen this on the developer list, but I did not
receive any responses from developers, so I am now hoping a user can
help me with my issue. Below is the posting:

Hello all,

I am encountering a problem regarding the parcel report called from the
popup feature in the Geomoose 2 sample application. I have customized
the form (parcel.xml) to put the fields I need in there, but one of the
fields is a very long and runs off the edge of the page. Is there any
possible way to make this field "wrap" so that it can fit?

The script for the report is feature_report.php

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
