[Geomoose-users] Hyperlink to document

In the catalog tab, under a map layer and to the right of the brightness
and legend icons, I would like to add an icon that would hyperlink to a
layer specific document.

Is this already capable, and I just have to "enable" it?  Or is it a
relatively easy addition?
