Matt,
GeoMOOSE 2.01 currently does not support that, but in version 2.2 we will have support for that.  We have just recently added this functionality for a client.  If you want we could send you the files to patch in prior to the 2.2 release.  Just email us off line.

In the catalog tab, under a map layer and to the right of the brightness and legend icons, I would like to add an icon that would hyperlink to a layer specific document.

Is this already capable, and I just have to "enable" it?  Or is it a relatively easy addition?
