[Geomoose-users] editing features saved in layers

The feature editor can do what you're asking but it is somewhat limited in ability and support.  It was released with GeoMOOSE 2.0 and there hasn't been very much momentum (momentum = funding, bug reports, testing) in keeping it going.  So, your mileage may vary.
