Sana,
   Here are my steps for installing GeoMoose v2.4:

1. Install MS4W 2.3.1
2. Install GeoMoose 2.4 for MS4W - Web merc
3. Restart Apache
     (IE will show html skin only)
4. edit compiled.js, line 2217: remove trailing ","
     (IE will now show icons)
5. Edit geomoose.html: uncomment Yahoo, Google, Bing APIs
