[Geomoose-users] RFC-2, motion passed

RFC-2, GeoMoose Project Misison (What is GeoMoose), has been approved with
Brian, Dan, Jim, Brent, and Eli voting in support.

Needed changes (like FAQ) have all been added in trunk.
