Thanks Dan,

I put the following line:
Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN

-in the httpd.conf file and that did the trick.

That header will be set in Apache or IIS.

Can't say that I've ever needed to send it but SAMEORIGIN should probably do ya just fine.
