I've followed the docs using postgis, layer shows up and I've added controls (draw-polygon,
remove-feature and edit-attributes) in layer catalog.

BTW when adding a new feature or editing an existing one, data are not saved in the table.

I've also tested mapserver Openlayers/TinyOWS example and it works like a charm so I
guess the problem is not Postgis related

How can I debug what's going on? TinyOWS log shows nothing about errors and log level is
set to all (15)

Any hint?
